Consumer Journey Map

Consumer journey maps illustrate the journey a customer embarks on through each step of the purchase process. They put businesses in the shoes of their consumer and allow them to see parts of a process in a way they wouldn’t have otherwise. The main goal here is to optimize customer experience, done by revealing useful data regarding what an audience segment is looking for and how they are receiving their product and website interfaces. They also outline where key opportunities for improvement lie.
